Leadtooth recently completed a time-lapse video for our client Broadleaf Inc. The video illustrates Broadleaf’s epoxy flooring installation process from start to finish. You can watch the video below.
We’re working on creating a similar video to illustrate their flooring process in an office setting.
If you have a moment, check out their new Leadtooth-created web site at broadleafinc.com.
Our friends (and one of our favorite bands), Cheap Girls, reached out to us with a need to create a new website. The band had been using a custom Tumblr theme for their site for a few years and wanted something a little more substantial to correspond with the release of their new album, Famous Graves.
Leadtooth created a custom, one-page website for the announcement of the new album. The responsive site provides information on the new album, tour info and contact info. We’re currently developing the full-fledged new site, which should be ready to go shortly.
For now, check out the new cheapgirls.net, where you can preorder the new album and get details on their current tour with Against Me! and Laura Stevenson.
Leadtooth was thrilled with Dan Gibbons contacted us to design and develop a new website for his non-profit Thanksgiving Day fun run. The Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot has been a staple of the Elmhurst, IL, community for thirty years. With thousands of participants, the race is able to donate substantial funds to a variety of local non-profit organizations.
For the new website, we created a fresh new look focused on presenting the race as the fun, positive event that it is. We worked to ensure that board members could easily update website information as needed. We provided custom Google Map solutions and many other usability enhancements. We developed a “Virtual Goodie” bag, with dynamic coupons from sponsors accessible to all race registrants. The site is responsive, allowing visitors on smart phones, computers and tablets to have the best browsing experience possible.
Leadtooth worked with Chicago-based ticket reservation company SignMeUp to provide an effective registration process.
We look forward to working with Dan and his great crew to help the organization continue to succeed.
Both the Protect IP Act (PIPA) and Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) are scary. Help stop them by signing this short petition on Google. Please.
I just wanted to write a quick post to let you know of some of the cool projects we have been working on. We are about to launch the new websites for Ana Belaval of WGN’s Around Town and Lawyer Martin Quintana. We have also been working hard on website redesigns for Joliet Pattern and Dr. Anthony A. Romeo.
We will post updates once these sites are live. Some other fun things are on their way too, including the revealing of the new identity and website for a great vacation spot in South Padre Island.
Also, the article I wrote about choosing a good web designer recently made it into a published book, “The Illinois Survival Guide” written by Heather M. Frtisch and John H. Maville wrote the book to help out young lawyers in Illinois. For the text of the article referenced in the book, click here.
Time to go enjoy the warm weather while it lasts!
Dr. Anthony A. Romeo completed a successful surgery on White Sox pitcher Jake Peavy yesterday. The surgery received a great deal of media attention. To read some of the newspaper articles on the surgery, visit Dr. Romeo’s web site at www.shoulderelbowdoc.com.
Leadtooth developed Dr. Romeo’s existing web site two years ago. We will be launching a revised web site shortly, along with an expanded social media presence.
