Ready To Go? We Are Too.

Here's how we work.

Working with Leadtooth

Leadtooth was formed with the intention of creating an environment that would make it as easy as possible for good people to receive great design work. We like being nice to people and we like it when people are excited about the work that our small team produces for them.

We educate our clients so you can make the best decisions possible. We like to sit down and talk with our clients. Our motivation is not to sell, it is to create.

We will organize your web/print project or search engine optimization campaign in a way that is convenient for you and within your budget. We will execute it efficiently. When it is complete, we will help you determine what’s next.

We build long-term relationships with our clients. Just about all of them use us for ongoing web design, graphic design and online marketing needs. We are fortunate to work with so many talented and motivated people. Helping them succeed is our greatest motivator.

What we will need from you

We make the process of designing materials as easy as possible, but there are still some things that we will need from you to make it all come together.

How Much Does It Cost?

This is the most common question we get from new clients, and for good reason. Also for good reason, it’s the toughest to answer right away.

Because every project is so different, it is impossible to provide a general pricing estimate. If we did, no one would get the quality of work that they deserve. We always ensure that our clients are receiving the best services at the fairest price.

Our quotes are much lower than our competition. And because we’re small, we are able to work with you to set up a project that provides what you need within a given budget.

Here’s how we price projects for new clients:

1. We talk to you.

We do our best to determine what exactly will be necessary for your project so that you are not charged more than necessary.

2. We provide a proposal.

A project proposal is given to you. The proposal includes some information about the project, a quote with an hourly estimate for each task we’ll be completing for the project, and a timeline for completion.

The proposal is not a take it or leave it type of thing. The intention of this initial proposal is to help us get on the same page regarding deliveries, cost and time frame.

3. We agree to a price that is fair for everyone and start your project.
We love helping individuals with their personal art portfolios as much as we love developing large, custom ecommerce stores.

Oh, and discounts are provided for artists, musicians and non-profit organizations because they’re awesome.
